MINUTES <br /> <br />Discussion regarding Bill Aydt rezoning. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec explained the background of this issue is that Mr..Aydt was located <br />and operating his business before the new zoning, came into.being. 'He is a <br />grandfathered business. He is located next to Ramsey'Elementary School and <br />also borders a residential area. The object of the zoning UMB-2 Was to cut down <br />on the traffic. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox noted that a truss company used to be next.t~ Mr. Aydt also. <br />It was zoned UMB-2 so that these two businesses would be able to Sell their <br />businesses in the future for equity reasons. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to table the approval <br />of the Regular Council meeting minutes of 5/29/79 until the July 23rd meeting to <br />research the records and to review the issue thoroughly. <br /> <br />Regular City Council Meeting <br /> 6/11/79 <br /> <br /> <br />
