Jim Johnson, P.E. from Consulting <br /> Engineers Diversified <br /> (D2-c) Report from Chief of Police regarding repair to squad <br /> and request to purchase equipment <br /> (D2-d) Agreement for Minnesota Department of Public Safety and <br /> City of Ramsey <br /> <br />CASE #1: APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT FOR PRIVATE DOG <br /> <br />KENNEL; CASE OF JOHN AND GAIL TAYLOR: <br /> <br />Council at their meeting June 11, 1979, approved of a condi- <br />tional use permit for a private kennel and directed that an <br />agreement be prepared between the City of Ramsey and subject <br />party in regards to the kennel. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-a) is hereby submitted for your approval. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove. <br />If you approve of the agreement, a Council motion should be <br />made authorizing Mayor and City A~m~nistrator to sign it. <br /> <br />CASE #2: AUTHORIZATION TO APPOINT MR. J/l~ JOHNSON, TRAFFIC ENGINEER <br /> <br />FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERS, TO CONDUCT THE TRAFFIC DEVICE IN- <br /> <br />VENTORY FOR THE CITY OF RAMSEY: <br /> <br />This matter was before the City Council on May 29, 1979, <br />Council meeting at which time you directed Merle Mevissen, <br />Public Works Superintendent to conduct subject inventory. <br />However, in checking with Mr. R. M. Graves of the Traffic , <br />Engineering Section of the Minnesota Highway Department, <br />I was informed that a Transportation Engineer has to conduct <br />this traffic device inventory for the City of Ramsey. Reason <br />for this is that communities who participated last time in <br />this grant goofed up the study. Consequently, the State <br />Highway now insists that this be done by a Transportation <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />The State of Minnesota will cover the following costs: <br /> <br /> <br />
