-4- <br /> <br />xI. <br /> <br /> With the exception of the above provisions .which may be more <br />stringent or in addition to, the development shall be constructed and <br />completed so as to appear visually in accord with the site plan presented <br />to the Ramsey City Council on June 11, 1979, which site plan is dated <br />May 3, 1979, prepared by Keith Graham and attached hereto as Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />XII. <br /> <br /> Developer shall as required by Section 170.014K Subdiv. 5 <br />use one of the exterior wall finishes On the office structure, as shown <br />on Exhibit "A", as follows: <br /> <br />a) Face brick <br />b) Natural stone <br />c) Specifically designedprecast concrete units <br /> if surfaces have beenintegrally treated with <br /> an applied decorative material or texture <br />d) Factory fabricated and finished metal framed <br /> panel construction, if the panel material is to <br /> be any of those noted in paragraphs la, lb, and <br /> lc above <br />e) Other material as may be approved by the City <br /> Council. Combinations of such materials shall <br /> be permitted. <br /> <br />XIII. <br /> <br /> All provisions and requirements of this contract shall run <br />with the land and become the obligations of the Developers' heirs and <br />assigns.
