The percolation test completed at boring number two indicates a per-
colation rate of 160 minutes per inch. Article.150.O14F of the City Code states
that percolation rates less than 60 minutes per inch are unsuitable for on-site
systems.

The soil evaluation completed by the Soil Conservation Service indicates that
approximately 6.5 acres of the site consists of Dalbo silt loam with severe
limitations to residential development.

If the developer is authorized to proceed with this subdivision, we would rec-
ommend that a detailed site evaluation as described in Article 170.038H of'
the City Code be completed on each proposed lot.

If you have any questions in regard to this sketch plan please let us know.

~'ours truly,

CONSULTING ENGINEERS DIVERSIFIED, INC.

Peter R.
