Motion by Councilman ?~imann, seconded by Councilwoman Oliphant to send the <br />letter to the Mayor ~noka and the Anoka City Co~j~on. <br /> Carried 4 to 0 <br /> <br />Discussion on the sod on 153rd Street Improvement Project 75-1. <br />Engineer Raatikka informed the Council that the sod was §uaranteed and <br />coveretl by bondin§ and if it doesn't grow it will be replaced. <br /> <br />Vir§il Johnson condemned property. <br />Mr. Walker to contact Attorney Goodrich to take action on this to get the <br />house torn down. <br /> <br />153rd Street Improvement Project 76-1,. awarding of bids. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann, seconded by Councilman Mickelson to award the <br />contract for the 153rd Street Improvement Project 76-1 to NDH Inc., the lowest <br />ydder, for a sum of $98,480.80. <br /> Carried 4 to 0 <br /> <br />Ronald Danner~ Variance request to convey by metes and bounds property located <br />at 17530 Nowthen Boulevard. Discussion took place. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann, seconded by Councilman Mickelson to §rant a <br />variance to Ordinance 75-5 to Ronald Danner to convey track A by metes and <br />bounds because it goes along with the guide lines and the piece cannot be <br />subdivided to the west of the property due 'to.the topography and it gives <br />the best use of the land. <br /> Carried 4 to 0 <br /> <br /> Gordon and Pat Hicks, Variance for a building permit. - <br /> Discussion took place. <br /> Motion by Councilman Mickelson, seconded by Councilwoman Oliphant to grant <br /> a variance to Gordon and Pat Hicks in accordance with Ordinance 75-5, for a 6uilding <br /> permit for the reason that the access to the property is only out to County Road 5 <br /> because of a swamp in back. - <br /> Ca'rried 4 to 0 <br />~ ~' 1 ~-~ permit.' <br /> Discussion took place. <br /> Motion by Acting Mayor Gorham, seconded by Councilman Reimann to grant a <br /> variance to Roland Looyen for a building permit for property located at <br />_6800 ]67th, Avenue N.W. fro~_ord~ance 7~-~ ~'~ ~'. <br /> <br /> Carried 4 to 0 ' -- <br /> <br /> Ronald E.
