Hedstrom would
have to put u~ a fence to prohibit anyone f~om dPivlng across the g~een·
area.

Mm. Hedst-~om said that M~. Dixon could put in the g~'een area then because he
is the one who. would be driving on it.

Rog Z Commission recommends that a split rail fence, a minimum height of
four feet shall.be placed so as to physically separate the sites ~riveway
and the landscape area - in fro~of. Buildihg No. i.- ~O'X 27 feet and
the landscape area in front of Building No. 2 - 36 X i20;except fop the five
parking spaces allowed, a asphalt curb shall be used to separate the five
parking spaces from the g~ass (g~een) area.

Administuator Schnelle said the P &'Z has to be concerned about the tuaffic
circulation within this development as it is a small congested a~ea.

Ben ·, Deemer replied that is why he suggested a one=.Way dmive through.

-~-
Regular Meeting P & Z - 7/2,/79
