Dixon could put in the g~'een area then because he <br />is the one who. would be driving on it. <br /> <br />Rog Z Commission recommends that a split rail fence, a minimum height of <br />four feet shall.be placed so as to physically separate the sites ~riveway <br />and the landscape area - in fro~of.
