Administrator Schn~lle stated that Council allowed him a setback of 27 feet and therefore .the parking should hot.be extefided past..the, end ofthe building. There is to be no parking_om_storage of materials on the private drive.~ " The drainage to the manhole f~om B6ilding No. 3 on Exhibit No. 1 is to be deleted. Regarding the exterior appearance of the buildings, Ron West said that the Design and Site Plan Committee met la~Fmiday and discussed metal buildings and they a~e working up a for~nula that so much of the metal building exterior has to be faced in something other than metal on those buildings facing the street o~ adjacent to other structures. Mr. West said he would like to see Building No. 3 dressed up with something other tha~ metal at least 40 to 60 percent.
