Building No. 2 shall be an addition to an existing building <br />and shall be of a pole-t~pe construction with an exterior similar to what is <br />on the existing building except that the front of the building shall be faced <br />with two feet of brick and two feet of stucco columns equidistantly spaced <br />across the front and two feet around the corners on each side of t~e North <br />end of the building as shown on Exhibit No. 1. <br /> <br /> Building No. 1, which shall be a block construction addition <br />shall have an exterior facing the same as the existing building. <br /> <br /> VIII. <br /> <br /> With the exception of any of the above provisions which may be <br />more stringent or in addition to, the development shall be constructed and <br />completed so as to appear visually in accord with the site plan presented to <br />the Ramsey City Council on June 11, 1979, and which site plan is incorporated <br />herein as Exhibit No. 1, and in accord with the revised site plan dated <br />and incorporated herein as Exhibit No. 1 (Revised). <br /> <br /> IX. <br /> <br /> The Developer shall provide the City with a performance bond or <br /> <br />cash escrow in the amount of $ to insure that the asphalt curb and <br /> <br />fencing are all constructed and completed as required by the City and as <br />shown on Exhibits No. 1 and No. 1 (Revised) attached hereto. The above <br />amount represents 150% of the actual cost of the improvements as estimated <br />by the City Engineer. The performance bond or cash escrow shall be released <br />to the Developer upon satisfactory completion of the above described improve- <br />ments. <br /> <br /> X <br /> <br /> The Developer hereby agrees to grant the dedication of Front <br />Street to the City as a City Street. <br /> <br /> <br />
