-4- <br /> <br />have an asphalt curb along the entire South side of the private drive and park- <br />ing area to direct storm water drainage with the remaining ground area to be <br />seeded in grass. <br /> <br /> As required by Section 170.014H(5) of the City Code, the Developer <br />shall provide the City with a performance bond or cash escrow in the amount of <br />$2,000.00 to insure that the provisions of the screening and landscaping re- <br />quirements are complied with. The above amount represents 150% of the City <br />Engineer's estimated cost of the improvements. ~Thebond or escrow shall run <br />to the City of Ramsey and be in force for a period of two.(2) full growing <br />seasons following installation of the landscape plantings. <br /> <br /> VI. <br /> <br /> Developer understands that sufficient area around the buildings <br />required for the development shall be hard-surfaced and marked in order to in- <br />sure access to the buildings for fire-fighting vehicles. Such fire lanes shall <br />be shown on the site plan, and no deviation from this site plan shall be per- <br />mitted unless approved by the fire chief. <br /> <br /> VII. <br /> <br /> The construction for Building No. 3 shall be a pole-type con- <br />struction with a blue metal exterior faced with wood, stucco, rough cedar, or <br />something comparable in columns which are four feet in width and placed per- <br />pendicular from the ground to the soffit of the building. Said four foot <br />column is to be placed on each corner of the building on all sides, except <br />the South side; and in the center of the East and West sides to break up a <br />monotonous appearance. <br /> <br /> <br />
