scaping as deemed necessary for the enhancement of the property to be de- <br />veloped as shown on Exhibit No. i (Revised). Such landscaping shall be de- <br />signed to compliment landscaping of other property in the area of the real <br />estate to be developed and shall screen the real estate to be developed <br />from the other real estate in the area, as shown on Exhibit No. I (.Revised), <br />as required by the City Zoning Ordinance and the City Council. The screen- <br />lng on the South side of the site shall consist of a six (6) foot high metal <br />fence with either laminated plastic or wood slatting green or brown in color <br />placed five (5) feet off of the South property line for a length of approxi- <br />mately 100 feet as shown on Exhibit No. I (Revised). The ground area between <br />the fence and the curbed parking area shall be landscaped with grass which <br />shall be properly seeded for ample growth. There shall be no parking on the <br />North side of Building No. 4 and instead there shall be a green area seeded <br />with grass seed in a manner to promote ample growth which area shall be fenced <br />with a four foot high split rail fence on the East side and side facing Front <br />Street with the West side blacktop curb-in order to preserve the septic area. <br />Split rail fencing, with a minimum height of four feet shall be placed so as <br />to physically separate the sites' driveway and the landscape area which is ad- <br />jacent to Highway #10. The ground area within the fencing on the North sides <br /> <br />of Buildings No. 1 (27' x 40' ) and 2 (36' x 120' i- ,5-~,~a~m~(~spa'e~s~ shall be <br /> / <br /> <br />landscaped with sod except that the Northwest end of Building No. 1 shall con- <br />tain a small parking area adjacent to the oval septic system of no more than <br />five (5) parking spaces with a distance of 20 feet between Building No. 1 <br />to the edge of said parking area. The parking area shall have an asphalt curb <br />or split rail fence. The rear of Building No. 4 on the South end, shall con- <br />tain a 20 foot private asphalt drive which will blend into the parking lot and <br />which will terminate at the end of Building No. '3.
