Voting yes Councilman Muller, Councilman Reimann, Councilman <br />Mickelson, Councilman Cox and Mayor Gamec. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to apppint the <br />following members to the standing commissions for the City of Ramsey for <br />calendar year 1979: <br /> <br />1) Budget Committee <br /> Mayor Gamec and Councilman Mickelson <br /> <br />2) Personnel Committee <br /> Councilman Reimann and Councilman Cox <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Economic Development Committee <br />Councilman Robert Muller, and citizens <br />Don Greenberg, Theresa Henderson, Roger <br />Meyers, Boyd Hanson .and A1 Sorteberg <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no None. <br /> <br />APPOINT CHAIRMAN, VICE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to appoint <br />Councilman Muller as Chairman of the Board of Adjustment. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Reimann, Councilman Mickelson, Council- <br />man Cox and Mayor Gamec. Voting no None. Councilman Muller Abstained. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Reimann to appoint <br />Councilman Cox as Vice Chairman of the Board of Adjustment. <br /> <br />Motion carrded. Voting no None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to approve the <br />rezoning request of Jack Menkveld from R-1 to I-1 in the Transitional Area <br />and to instruct the staff to prepare find.ings of 'fact in the approval of the <br />rezoning request and said findings be presented at the January 22, 1979 meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
