However, the proposed access at 149thLane is very· <br />undesirable. <br /> <br />The proposed location for..the--intersection of I49thLane-and::C..S.A.H.:#5 is._ <br />at a point on a rather steep grade at the-beginning of a vertical curve. <br />This'results-in minimal-sight: distance to the-North.~:The intersection.will- <br />bring about the stopping, starting and turning of vehicles, as well as crossing- <br />by pedestrians and bicycles. With this activity occurring at a point where <br />the sight distance is minimal this intersection could be creating a safety <br />hazard. <br /> <br />Since it seems feasible to cul-de-sac 149th Lane, we would recommend doing <br />so to avoid the possibility of creating a hazard. <br /> <br />Thank you for the submittal of this plat. <br />please feel free to contact this office. <br /> <br />Respectfully, <br /> <br />William A.
