d) Enclosure (D3-e) contains the following previous historical <br />data on the original parcel of land: <br /> <br /> 1 ) ~mp showing original parcel of laud which contained 20 <br /> acres of land prior to subdividing by metes and bounds <br /> into two parcels. ~ <br />2) Council minutes dated May 5, 197~ which authorize the sub- <br /> dividing of the above 20 acre parcel into two ten acre <br /> parcels. <br />3) Council minutes dated July 12, 1976 regarding Roland <br /> Looyen variance to get a building permit. <br />4) Roland Looyen Road easement (Garnet Street) granted to <br /> the City of Ramsey. It should be noted that appropriate <br /> administrative and legal action has never been taken on <br /> this matter. However, Mr. Looyen did face his house on <br /> proposed Garnet Street. <br /> <br />Comments: Planning and Zoning also felt in view of all the <br />previous' Council action on the subdividng of the original 20 <br />acre parcel into two ten acre parcels of which Looyen was in- <br />volved as evidenced by the contents contained in enclosure <br />(~3-e) <br /> <br />C~SE #4: <br /> <br />HEDSTROM ELECTRIC DEVELOPIgNT CONTRACT ON SITE PLAN AND BUILD- <br /> <br />ING DESIGN PLAN: <br /> <br />Background information: The~following information is hereby <br />submitted for your information in reviewing this case: <br /> <br />a) Enclosure (D3-f) Board of Adjustment minutes dated June 11, <br />1979. <br />b) Enclosure (D3-g) Planning and Zoning minutes dated July 2, <br />1979. <br />c) Enclosure (D3-h) Rough Development Contract. <br />d) Exhibit #2 contains site and design plan fo~ Hedstrom <br /> Electric <br />e) Engineer Raatikka's report dated <br /> <br />Comments: Enclosure (D3-f) contains the Board of Adjustment <br />recommendations to the Planning and Zoning and enclosure (D3-g) <br />above contains the Planning and Zoning discussion and action <br />on Mr. Hedstrom. Enclosure (D3-h) contains Planning and Zoning <br />recommended development contract. It should be noted that the <br />Planning and Zoning Chairman informed me that he is concerned <br />about parking and requested Council to review that issue in <br />that there may not be adequate parking. Consequently, the <br />Planning and Zoning Chairman feels that the triangular parcel <br />of land north and abutting the back of proposed building three <br />should be utilized for parking. <br /> <br /> <br />
