Council Action: Will be to review the development contract <br />and exhibit #2 to approve it or amend the document. <br /> <br />CASE #5: <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO GRANT BETWEEN THE MINNESOTA DEPART- <br /> <br />~ENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND CITY OF RAMSEY: <br /> <br />Council at their June 25, 1979 meeting approved of entering <br />into the agreement. However, the motion failed to a~thorize <br />Mayor, City Administrator and City Attorney to sign agreement. <br />Consequently, we need a motion to that affect. <br /> <br />CASE #6: <br /> <br />LEE'S LANDSCAPING AND NURSERY REQUESTING A 30 DAY EXTENSION ON <br /> <br />TEMPORARY BUILDING: <br /> <br />Mr. Crawley will be present to discuss a 30 day extension on <br />the temporary building granted to him at the above business <br />establishment. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-i) Council minutes dated May 14, 1979 that <br />granted the temporary building.. He is now requesting an ex- <br />tension of time up to September 1, 1979. Reason - his office <br />building won't be ready until September 1, 1979. <br /> <br />CASE #7: <br /> <br />CARSON HOMES REQUESTING BUILDING PERMITS FOR THREE PARCELS OF <br /> <br />LAND ON 179TH LANE N.W.: <br /> <br />Background information: The following is submitted for your <br />information: <br /> <br />a) Enclosure (D3-j) Carson Homes letter dated July 12, 1979. <br />b) Enclosure (D3-k) Council minutes dated February 26, 1979. <br />c) Enclosure (D3-1) metes and bounds plat showing the three <br /> lots. <br />d) Enclosure (D3-m) Council minutes dated June 11, 1979 which <br /> dealt with the Herrick case was also a part of this metes <br /> and bounds platting. <br /> <br />Comments/Recommenation: It is recommended that this request <br />from Carson Homes (Enclosure (D3-j) be handled the same way as <br />the Herrick case as covered in enclosure (D3-m) above. <br /> <br /> CASE #8: .~ PARK DEVELOPMEN__T TITTERUD PARK: <br /> \~ ~- The Park Co~ssion m~ have all their materi~ in order for <br /> ~.~Y' this project and if they do they ~tl w~t Co~cil approval <br /> -~ ~-~~ to proceed.
