Council Action: Your action will be required on each of the <br />above items. <br /> <br />CASE #11: <br /> <br />REZONING FROM R-1 TO INDUSTRIAL AND PROPOSED RESTRICTIVE <br /> <br />COVENANTS: <br /> <br />Council action taken on January 29, 1979 requested that Jack <br />~enkveld prepare restrictive covenants for the above stated <br />rezoning when it is platted. Consequently, the following in- <br />formation is hereby submitted for your review and action: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-p) contains Council minutes dated <br />January 29, 1979 which authorized the rezoning and <br />established certain requirements. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-q) a copy of the proposed restrictive <br />covenants which are submitted for your review. When <br />the rezoned land is platted the restrictive cove- <br />ns_uts will apply to the plat. <br /> <br />Council Action: To approve/disapprove/amend enclosure <br /> <br />CASE #12: <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY: <br /> <br />The following items from the City Attorney require Council <br />action: <br /> <br />a) Adoption of Ordinance #79-7 and #79-8. These are ordi- <br />nances amending miscellaneous items in the subdivision and <br />zoning chapters reflecting a collection of needed changes <br />over the past six months. <br /> <br />Ordinance #79-7 is a subdivision amendment ordinance and may <br />be adopted ~t this meeting. Ordinance #79-8 is a zoning <br />ordinance and therefore, you should set a public hearing date. <br /> <br />b) Resolution #79-53. This is a resolution ordering the <br />1979 Improvement Bond Sale for August 27, 1979. <br /> <br />c) Review and recommendations of Environmental Protection <br />Ordinance. This is the ordinance implementing the Critical <br />Rivers Plan which the Planning and Zoning Commission has been <br />working on for the past six months. The Council action will <br />be to accept the ordinance and direct that it be forwarded <br />to the E.Q.B. for its review and acceptance. The ordinance <br />will then come back to the City for its formal adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
