Section 170.056 states the infor- <br />mation will be contained in the application for a permit. <br />Section 170.056B states the City Council will set the fees <br />annually for a sign permit. Consequently, the following is <br />submitted for your approval. <br /> <br />a. Enclosure (D3-f) application for sign permit form submitted <br />for your approval. <br />b. Enclosure (D3-g) contains the proposed sign permit for your <br />approval. <br />c. Fee structure for 1979 submitted for your approval: <br /> <br />1. All newly constructed onsite business and <br />advertising signs: $5.00 for the first five <br />square feet; $.25 for each additional square <br />foot thereafter. A minimum of $10.00 and a maxi- <br />mum of $50.00 shall apply to each sign. All on- <br />site business and advertising signs existing <br />prior to the adoption of this ordinance shall be <br />exempted Of such fee. <br /> <br /> <br />
