Your code only asks Planning and Zoning to make <br />a recommendation and from that the Council conducts the public <br />hearing. Consequently, it may be prudent to have Planning and <br />Zoning conduct the public hearing and submit their recommendation <br />to the Council for your action. You are the Council can always <br />have another public hearing if you deem it necessary. <br /> <br /> <br />
