I'm having Clayton submit a report on the <br />furnace which held it up last time. <br /> <br />What ~m~zes me is that the City did not retain a percentage <br />on the prime contractor who is responsible for the work and <br />material. <br /> <br />The amount due the above firm is $2,860.98. Please refer to <br />enclosure (D3-h).. Enclosure (D3-i) contains Clayton~s report, <br /> <br />CASE #12: AIRPORT: <br />~ In response to our letter of intent, the Minnesota Aeronautic <br />~ ~ Division, Department of Transportation, State of Minnesota has <br /> requested that we set up a meeting with them. Enclosure <br /> (D3-j) contains their letter da~ed July 26, 1979. Also en- <br /> closed as enclosure (D3-k) is the Metro Couucil's letter <br /> dated July 26, 1979. <br /> <br /> Council Action: Your action on this matter pretty well de- <br /> fi~~ in the last paragraph on page I of enclosure (D3-j). <br /> <br /> Enclosure (D3-1) contains a list of uncollectable bills which <br /> also contains the date and amount. It should be noted that <br /> most of the bills are disputed fire call billings. <br />~\ Council Action: Your action is to approve/disapprove the <br />· writing off of these as uncollectable.
