CASE #16: PARTIAL PAY ESTIMATES ON STREET PROJECTS: ~ City Engineer Raatikka wants Council's authorization on the following projects to approve partial payments: ~/ Improvement Project #79-2 . ~ ~ Improvement Project #79-3, #79-4, #79-5 ~ // Improvement Project #79-6, #79-7, #79-8, #79-9 /// Now, we won't be making any payments until'we get the bond ~// issue money. However, the State Aid project we can make payment. City Engineer Raatikkawill have the partial pay documents available for Council review at the meeting. CASE #1~ EASEMENT FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #79-9: ~ ~/~City--~ Engineer Raatikka will be discussing the acquiring of ~\ ~ street easement for this project. Present was the Anoka Fire Chief, Elk River Fire Chief and City Admlnistrator.
