Boyd Hanson, Gary Gotham and Councilman Mickelson were appointed to <br />the City's Liquor Commission. <br /> <br />COVENANT OF JACK MENKVBLD FOR 'HIS PROPOSED INDUSTRY 'CEN~ER <br /> <br />Mr. Menkveld presented his proposed covenant for the proposed Menkveld <br />Industry Park. <br /> <br />Council reviewed the convenant and concurred with its concepts. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL .'PROTECTION 'ORDINANCE FOR CRITICAL 'RIVER 'AREA' IN 'CONJUNCTION <br />WITH THE 'CiTT,"COV~REHENglVE-PLA~ <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to <br />reconmend that the Environmental Protection Ordinance be forwarded to <br />EQB and Yetro Council for review and approval. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Mickelson, Reimann <br />and Sorteberg. <br /> <br />Mr. Ben Deemer noted that he voted against the ordinance because of the <br />requirement of the ten tree replacement. He f~els that it should require <br />more trees or be eliminated' completely.
