Enclosure (B-2) Planning and Zoning Commission minutes <br />dated August 6, 1979, regarding their comments and recommend- <br />ation on subject site and design plan. <br />b. Exhibit #1 contains proposed site and design plan review <br />by 'Planning and Zoning at their meeting on August 6, 1979. <br />c. Enclosure (D2-g) contains proposed rough draft of developr <br />ment contract. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove or <br />modify proposed site and design plan and development contract. <br /> <br />ANOKA COUNTY ENGINEER'S LETTER DATED JULY 31, 1979, REGARDING <br /> <br />TRAFFIC CONTROL: <br /> <br />In reference to previous Council action regarding traffic con- <br />trol which was requested of the Anoka County Engineer's office, <br />the following is hereby submitted for your information or' <br />action: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-h) is submitted for your information (County <br />Engineer's letter dated July 31, 1979. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action should reflect in the minutes that <br />you did receive and review the contents of the above stated <br />letter contained as enclosure (D2-h). <br /> <br />ALPACA ESTATES REGARDING PROPOSED REZONING: <br /> <br />Background Information: Council conducted a public hearing on <br />the Alpaca Estates rezoning on June 25, 1979, and took action <br />on it at their regular meeting on June 25, 1979. The following <br />information is furnished: <br /> <br />a. Enclosure (D2-i) Council public hearing Alpaca Estates re- <br />zoning dated June 25, 1979. <br />b. Enclosure (D2-j) regular Council meeting minutes dated <br />June 25, 1979. <br />c. Enclosure (D2-k) contains finding of fact for the rezoning. <br />It should be noted that enclosure (D2-1 tkrough n) will be <br />part of the finding of fact. <br />d. Enclosure (D2-1) contains the Metropolitan Council letter <br />dated July 19, 1979, comments to the Minnesota Environmental <br />Board. <br />e.
