FINDING OF FACT <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />REGARDING: Rezoning of Alpaca Estates, legally described'as: <br /> <br />1. That the zoning of that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />lying southerly of the southerly right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 10 <br />and 169, and lying east of the west 39.00 feet thereof, be changed from <br />R-1 Residential to B-1 Business. <br /> <br />2. That the zoning of that portion of that part of the ~ast Half of <br />the East Half of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, lying southerly of the southerly right-of-way line of <br />U.S. Highway No. 10 and 169, and lying northerly of the following <br />described line, be changed from R-1 Residential to B-1 Business. <br />(see description of line below). <br /> <br />3.
