Please refer to enclosure (D2-i). <br /> <br />ROBERT MULLER'S REQUEST ON WAIVER FOR SPRINKLER SYSTEM ON PROPOSED <br /> <br />ADDITION TO HIS STOREWHICH WILL BE USED FOR OFF-SALE LIQUOR STORE: <br /> <br />Mr. Muller is requesting a waiver from a sprinkler system at his <br />new store. He states when City water becomes available'he would <br />install such a system. Enclosure (D2-j) letter from ~. Muller <br />requesting said waiver. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-k) contains the City's Building Inspector's comments <br />on the above said request. <br /> <br />ROLAND L00YEN REGARDING DEDICATION OF STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY TO CITY <br /> <br />OF ~E"f: <br /> <br />Background Information: Council at their meeting of August 27, <br />1979 meeting directed that a development contract be prepared <br />for review and execution at the next Council'meeting. Please <br />refer to enclosure (A-3) for Council meeting August 27, 1979. <br /> <br />Council Action: Council action will be to approve/disapprove or <br />modify the development contract between the City of Ramsey and <br />Mr. Roland Looyen. Enclosure (D2-1) contains the proposed develop- <br />ment contract. <br /> <br />Secondly, if the Council is,satisfied with the development con- <br />tract they should authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to <br />sign it for the City of R~m2ey by motion. <br /> <br /> <br />
