Schnel le <br />City Eng. Raatikka <br />City Attorney Goodrich <br /> <br />Chai~an Mickelson called the Board of Adjustment to order at 7:35 P.M. and led <br />the'Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />Ca~e No;"~- Vera-'MCGregor'variance!;.on l°t-::Size'~in :transitional' area to <br /> <br />Mrs. McGregor was present. <br /> <br />Council reviewed the variance request. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to grant a lot <br />size variance to Vera McGregor to plat three parcels which would be less than <br />the Subdivision Ordinance requirement of 2~ acres for commercially zoned land. <br />Property i~volved: McGregor's Restaurant, 684~ West Highway.lO,.-Ramsey, MN. <br /> <br />Motion-carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann <br />and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox stated he would not have been in favor of this proposal if it <br />had not been presented as a plat. <br /> <br />Case No. 2 - Sherwin %~hel3k variance for subdividing a parcel of land in the <br />transitional area by metes and bounds of less than two and one-half acres. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to table this <br />matter until May 14, 1979 meeti.ng. <br /> <br />Motion carried, Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen ,~3x, Mickelson, Reimann and , <br />Sorteberg. Voti.ng no: None. ~ ~ <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to adjourn. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen COx·, Mickelson, Reimann <br />and Sorteberg.
