A conditional use permit could be granted the applicant so he could <br /> continue his existing operation in the proposed UMB zone. <br /> <br />MOTION: (1) To adopt the above findings of fact, (2) based on said <br />findings to amend the Comprehensive Plan and to grant the applicant's <br />UMB zoning request by placing all of his property into the UMB zone and <br />(3) to adopt Ordinance No. 79- which ordinance amends the City's <br />Zoning Code accordingly. <br /> <br /> <br />
