The following described property is hereby zoned to B-1 Business: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying southerly of the southerly right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. l0 and 169, and lying east of the west 39.00 feet thereof, and That part of the East Half of the East Half of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the southerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. l0 and 169, and lying northerly of Line "A" described below. b. The following described property is hereby zoned to R-1 Residential: That part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, ~nnesota, lying southerly of Line "A" described below.
