ORDINANCE NO. CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.01, WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 170.012 "ZONING MAP AND DISTRICTS" OF CHAPTER 170.O1 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City council of the City of Ramsey does hereby ordain: Section 1. Amendment a. The following described property is hereby zoned to B-1 Business: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying southerly of the southerly right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. l0 and 169, and lying east of the west 39.00 feet thereof, and That part of the East Half of the East Half of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the southerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. l0 and 169, and lying northerly of Line "A" described below. b. The following described property is hereby zoned to R-1 Residential: That part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly of Line "A" described below. LINE "A" Beginning at a point on the east line of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota; distant 100.00 feet southerly of the southeast corner of the Northwest ~uarter of the South- west Quarter of said Section 28; thence northwesterly, in a straight line, to a point on the west line of the East Half of the East Half of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, distant 100.00 feet ~outherly of the north- west corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 29, and said line there terminating.
