The reason for this hold up
is in regards to ~nnesota Pollution Control Agency permit
and Corps of Engineer's permit to dump storm water in the
Mississippi River.

Council Action: Just want Council to note this in the minutes
so we have an official record of it.

CHANGE ORDER ON VARIOLITE STREET:

This is in reference to your Council minutes of September 10,
1979, whereby you authorized a change order for dewatering
not to exceed $5,000. The contractor will not do that extra
work for that sum. However, the City Engineer said he will
do the job for $5,465 with some modifications.

Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove
the additional money.

CASE #7: FLOOD PLAIN ORDINANCE:

· .~/~'~.-~ ~
~ ~ (i'~" ' ''~''' ' The City Attorney will have a rough draft of this ordinance
" available at the meeting for your re'~ew and comments. How-

,1 ''//'I ever, you will not be adopting it as it has to be reviewed
'~: "?." by HIJI) and DNR prior to the City taking action.

CASE #8:

AMENDING SECTION 170.022 OF THE CITY CODE:

City Attorney will have for your review the proposed language
to amend paragraph 4 of Section 170.022 of the City Code
pertaining to Mobile Homes.
