COUNTY STATE OF NSNNESOTA TO WH~M IT~Y CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that on September 24, 1979, at 7:30 P.M, a public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers of the R,m~ey City He/I, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, ~nnesota 55303 in regard to proposed amendmemts to the City zoning ordinance as follows: Section 1. Amendments a) S~ction 170.012C ParagraphoF shall be amended to read as follows: .' UMB-2 Urban Mu/tiple Business,' excluding eating establish- ments and drive in banks. The general intent of this dis- trict is to accommodate offices and personal use type business, excluding residential housing, which district is intended to act as a periphery zone to the UB district. b) Section 170.O14KSubd. 5 paragraph 2 is hereby repealed. c) Section 170.014K Subd. 6 entitled "Appeal" is hereby repealed. d) Section l~C~0~.~u; ,-.. shall be amended to read as follows: VII. STREET FRONTAGE REQUIRED No lot shall contain any building used as a dwelling unless it abuts on the minimum street frontage as described in Article ~ .l.~_~_O_~/~-~--~, t~ of the City Code.
