The main features of this broad coverage <br />are summarized below: <br /> <br />[] THE INSURED The policy will be held by the public entity to which the Official <br /> belongs, but coverage extends to <br /> · The public entity itself; <br /> <br /> · All elected or appointed officials or members of commissions, boards or units <br /> operating under the jurisdiction of the public entity; <br /> · All full-time employees, defined as those working at least 20 hours per week. <br /> · The estates, heirs, legal representatives or assigns of deceased persons who <br /> were insured at the time of the wrongful act. <br /> and now coverage is extended to all Attorneys, Architects, Engineers and Accountants <br /> while acting in the scope of their professional duties as employees of the public <br /> entity.
