Motion carried. 3 Ayes. Chairman Peterson and <br />Art Dunn abstained. <br /> <br />Public Hearing, Alpaca Es't:a't'es',' Pr'e'l'iminary Pla't 10'/1/79 <br /> <br />Motion by Ben Deemer and seconded by Ron West to approve <br />the public hearing for Alpaca Estates Preliminary Plat as <br />typed. Motion carried. 3 Ayes. Chairman Peterson and Art <br />Dunn abstained. <br /> <br />Public Hearing, Wil'li'am' Aydt',' 'Conditional 'Use Permit' 10/1/79 <br /> <br />Motion by Ben Deemer and seconded by Ron West to approve <br />the public hearing for William Aydt, Conditional Use Permit <br />as typed.
