Parking areas shall be surfaced and <br />maintained with a hard, all-weather, durable, dust-free' surfacing material, <br />shall be properly drained, and shall be maintained in a sightly and well-kept <br />condition. Parking areas adjoining <br />other districts shall not be located' closer than*%25 feet to the side or <br />rear property line.
