LOADING: <br /> <br />Loading facilities of sufficient size and number to provide for the require- <br />ments of each use shall be provided on the site of each principal use, the <br />exact size and number' required to depend on the nature of the principal <br />use and type of transport service used, but in no event shall %here be less <br />than one truck transport loading facility for each 50,000 square feet of <br />building floor area or fraction thereof. <br /> <br />A loading facility shall include the dock for loading and unloading, the <br />berth for the vehicle at the dock and maneuvering areas. <br /> <br />Off-street loading facilities shall be designed in an areanot less than <br />12 feet in width and 65 feet in length, exclusive of aisles and maneuvering <br />space. Ail such space shall be in the rear of principal structure and <br />shall be used exclusively for the loading and unloading of m~rchandise. <br />All such facilities including their related aisles'and maneuvering space <br />shall be surfaced in the Same manner as that prescribed for parking areas. <br /> <br />SCREENING: <br /> <br />Refer to Page 7 under "Screening". <br /> <br />OUTSIDE STORAGE: <br /> <br />All outside storage areas shall be enclosed by a screen wall fence of <br />not less than 10 feet in height'. Said screen'wall fence shall be 100% <br />opaque and shall be So designed'and constructed as to be architecturally <br />harmonious with the' principal structure.' A'screen planting or other method <br />of screening may be substituted' for the screen wall fence at the discretion <br />of the discretion of the' Couhcil; providing, however', that any such screen <br />planting shall fulfill the foregoing height and~opacity requirements_~ <br />throughout each Season of the year within 24 months~ after date of planting. <br /> <br />I~ IGHT REGULATIONS :, <br /> <br />Height regulations are governed by 170.015 I (6) ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS <br />FOR "U" DISTRICTS, subparagraph VI. <br /> <br />TYPE OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION: <br /> <br />Ail exterior wall finishes on any building in an Industrial district shall <br />be of material other than metal on at least fifty (50) percent of the exposed <br />wall where the building is adjacent to any other existing or future structure <br />or street. The Planning & zoning commission and city council may change the <br />requirements of this paragraph depending on the location of the building and <br />surrounding areas. <br /> <br />SIGNS: <br /> <br />All signs shall be regulated as provided by 170.05 "SIGNS" of <br />this Chapter. <br /> <br />-10- <br /> <br /> <br />
