6. COUNCIL DETERMINATION <br /> <br />Upon determining that the plan either satisfies or does not satisfy <br />the criteria set forth in paragraph 5, the Council shall provide its <br />written comments on the applicant's plan to the applicant and the <br />MHFA. The Council's positive comments on a plan shall not constitute <br />a warranty of the accuracy of the information, nor of the quality or <br />marketability of the housing to be purchased, constructed or rehab- <br />ilitated pursuant to the plan, nor of the security for tax exempt <br />status of any obligations issued pursuant to the plan. If any <br />information submitted by the applicant to the Council is later found <br />to be incorrect in any material respect, it is the responsibility of <br />the applicant to inform the Council and request another plan review. <br /> <br />7. AMENDMENTS TO PLAN <br /> <br />Whenever° an applicant amends a plan previously.reviewed by the <br />Council, the applicant shall submit the plan amendment to the Council, <br />and the Council shall review the plan amendment according to these <br />review procedures. <br /> <br />8. AMENDMENTS TO THE REVIEW PROCEDURES <br /> <br />These review procedures may be amended from time to time by the <br />Council by issuance of revised or additional pages, to be effective as <br />of the date of issuance; provided, however, that no amendment or <br />modification shall affect the adequacy of a plan adopted by an <br />applicant prior to the date of such amendment or supplement or the <br />adequacy of a plan as to which-official action has been taken by the <br />applicant prior to the date of the amendment to these-procedures. <br /> <br />DP026A <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br /> <br />
