TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: City Administrator <br /> <br />RE: Council Old Business <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-a) Information on Public Official Liability insurance <br /> (D2-b) Amendments to City Code <br /> <br />CASE #1: PUBLIC OFFICIAL LIABILITY: <br /> <br />Mr. Chester of the Anoka County Agency, will be present to <br />go over public officials liability insurance coverage. <br />Presently, the City does not have this type of coverage. <br />Consequently, I think you should be aware of this type of <br />coverage and the fact that you presently don't have it. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-a) is provided for your information. <br /> <br />CASE #2: <br />CASE #3: <br /> <br />AMENDMENTS TO CITY CODE: <br /> <br />Background information: Please refer to enclosure (D2-b) <br />for the items. <br /> <br />FLOOD PLAIN ORDINANCE: <br /> <br />Background information: 'The City Attorney furnished each <br />Council member with a copy of the rough draft of the proposed <br />ordinance at the regular meeting of September 24, 1979, for <br />you to review and comment on at this meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove or <br />make changes to the rough draft. The City Attorney has sub- <br />mitted a copy to DNR'and HUD in Chicago for their review and <br />comments. In accordance with the contents of enclosure (C-2) <br />you will have to take action at this meeting. <br /> <br />CASE #4: HOLKER LAWSUIT: <br /> <br />The City Attorney will address the Courts finding on this <br /> <br /> <br />
