DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of <br /> <br />October, 1979, by and between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter called <br /> <br />the City and Vernon Noon, Noon's R.V. Center, hereinafter called the <br /> <br />Developer. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has requested the City for a building <br /> <br />permit and approval for the purpose of construction of an addition to <br /> <br />the existing building on real estate described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision No. 34, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at <br />the Southwest corner of Lot 7, which point is the inter- <br />section of the West line of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter, Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, with <br />the Northerly line of State Trunk Highway No. 10;· thence <br />Southeasterly along the Northerly line of State Trunk <br />Highway No. 10 a distance of 138 feet to the actual point <br />of beginning of the tract to be herein described; thence <br />continuing Southeasterly along the North line of said <br />Highway 10 a distance of 500 feet; thence North and <br />parallel to the Bast line of said Lot 7 to the North- <br />easterly line of Lot ?; thence Northwesterly along the <br />Northerly line of Lot 7· to a point on said Northerly line <br />distant 138 feet from the Northwest corner thereof; thence <br />South to the point of commencement.
