DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of October, 1979, by and between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter called the City and Vernon Noon, Noon's R.V. Center, hereinafter called the Developer. WHEREAS, the Developer has requested the City for a building permit and approval for the purpose of construction of an addition to the existing building on real estate described as follows: That part of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision No. 34, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 7, which point is the inter- section of the West line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, with the Northerly line of State Trunk Highway No. 10;· thence Southeasterly along the Northerly line of State Trunk Highway No. 10 a distance of 138 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract to be herein described; thence continuing Southeasterly along the North line of said Highway 10 a distance of 500 feet; thence North and parallel to the Bast line of said Lot 7 to the North- easterly line of Lot ?; thence Northwesterly along the Northerly line of Lot 7· to a point on said Northerly line distant 138 feet from the Northwest corner thereof; thence South to the point of commencement. WHEREAS, said property is owned by the Developer, and I~E~, the property is presently zoned fOr the development of the type proposed by the Developer, that zoning being Industrial District; and WHEREAS, the development, as proposed by the Developer is a retail business; and -1-
