~qEREAS~ ~he C~t¥ of Ramse.y has enacted the provisions of <br />the State Building Code~' <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual <br />agreements and covenents and conditions hereinafter contained, <br /> <br /> IT .!S H~REBY AGREED AS I~OLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Developer agrees to submit development plans and site plans <br /> <br />to the City for approval. Developer agrees to Construct the Proposed <br />addition and proposed exterior remodeling in accordance with the plans <br />submitted as shoWn'by Exhibit "A" attached, constituting the development, <br />and to develop that property in accordance with~ the pl.a. nning, <br />architectural and engineering reqUirements of all'ordinances of the <br />City. <br /> <br /> After the execution of this Contract by the parties to sai, d <br />Contract, and after all other requirements for a bui~lding permit have <br />been satisfied by the Developer, the City shall issue a permit to the <br />Developer for the' construction of the' proposed' Development._ <br /> <br /> III~ <br /> <br /> DevelOper shall provide and stripe the number of spaces which <br />are required' by the' City Zoning Ordinance in existence at the' t.i!ne of <br />execution of this Contract for parking as shown on Exhibit "A" attached. <br /> <br /> <br />
