Solid wastes that have to be
trucked out and can't go down the sewer can be handled through this method.
The setbacks would protect the residents from heavier or undesirable
operations taking place too close to residential or other businesses.
This method of classification could be implemented at the time the site
pi,mn for development is submitted and reviewed.

Ben Deemer is to collect the information in a complete, concise manner and
present it to the City Council in the form of a report at the January
meeting.

Motion by Kathleen Schneider and seconded by Ron West to adjourn the meeting.

Motion carried. 6-0.

Adjoun~ment 9:12 P.M.

Respectfully submitted,

Arlene Peddycoar t
Pl. anning Aide

NOTE:

To the City Council - The P & Z Commission would like to advise
that they are in concurrence with the Alternate ~3 proposed Rum
River Bridge Crossing as discussed at the Council's November 26, 1979
meeting.

Regular Meeting - 12/3/79

Page 4
