The proposed plat has been reduced in size and changed to include <br /> nine two and one half acre lots. All of the lots meet the'require- <br /> ments of the City C.ode. <br /> <br />2. As previously mentioned drainage from the plat will be directed <br /> to Trott Brook. <br /> <br />The proposed plat is traversed by both a gas.line easement and <br />a power line easement. Prior.to final plat approval the <br />developer should obtain the approval from the utility companies <br />to cross the easements with the proposed streets. Also in <br />discussing the construction of on-site sewage disposal systems <br />with the utility companies, the gas ·company stated they did <br />not allow on-site sewage disposal systems on their easement <br />and the power company stated they would allow such construction <br />on their easements provided they were made aware of the loca- <br />tions. <br /> <br />In review of the proposed street ali§nment,'future access to'the <br />abutting.properties both to the east and west is provided. <br />However, the proposed street alignment consists of two temporary <br /> <br />keith caswell jr. u darrell schneider LJ richard sha <br /> <br /> <br />
