Blaine Midway All Pets, Inc. <br /> <br /> 10911 Radisson Road N.E. <br /> Blaine, Minnesota 55434 <br /> Phone: 784-3669 <br /> POUNDbIASTER CONTRACT <br /> Standard Contract - 1 <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT, made November 25, 1979 by and between <br /> <br />Blaine Midway Ail Pets, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, hereinafter <br /> <br />called Poundmaster and the City of Ramsey a Minnesota <br /> <br />Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called the City. <br /> <br /> In consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter <br />set forth, it is mutually agreed by and between the parties <br />hereto as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Poundmaster shall patrol' the public streets of the <br /> <br />City in accordance with the following schedule: <br /> <br /> Per request <br /> <br /> 2. Poundmaster shall provide animal pick-up and <br />impoundment services at the request of the City outside <br />of regular patrol hours. Poundmaster will maintain a personal <br />answering service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. <br /> <br /> 3. Ail personnel of poundmaster shall be trained in the <br />handling of animals. The City shall deputize such personnel <br />with such police powers necessary for the pick up and retention <br />of all types of animals and shall provide poundmaster with <br />special police badges for use by poundmaster's personnel. <br /> <br /> 4. Poundmaster will provide all vehicles, traileCs <br /> <br />and accessories required to perform its duties under this <br />Contract. Two van type vehicles will be equipped with two- <br />way radio communication equipment. <br /> <br /> 5. All impounded animals shall be kept at.poundmaster's <br />facilities at 10911 Radisson Road N.E., Blaine, Minnesota, <br />55434, and shall be placed in suitable enclosures and fed <br />and watered for a period not .to exceed five (5) days, except <br />as set forth in paragraph 7. Poundmaster's Pound facilities <br />shall be open 8:00 A.M. to6:00 P.M. seven (7) days a week. <br /> <br /> <br />
