Blaine, Minnesota 55434 Phone: 784-3669 POUNDbIASTER CONTRACT Standard Contract - 1 AGREEMENT, made November 25, 1979 by and between Blaine Midway Ail Pets, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, hereinafter called Poundmaster and the City of Ramsey a Minnesota Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called the City. In consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter set forth, it is mutually agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows: 1. Poundmaster shall patrol' the public streets of the City in accordance with the following schedule: Per request 2. Poundmaster shall provide animal pick-up and impoundment services at the request of the City outside of regular patrol hours. Poundmaster will maintain a personal answering service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 3. Ail personnel of poundmaster shall be trained in the handling of animals. The City shall deputize such personnel with such police powers necessary for the pick up and retention of all types of animals and shall provide poundmaster with special police badges for use by poundmaster's personnel. 4. Poundmaster will provide all vehicles, traileCs and accessories required to perform its duties under this Contract. Two van type vehicles will be equipped with two- way radio communication equipment. 5. All impounded animals shall be kept at.poundmaster's facilities at 10911 Radisson Road N.E., Blaine, Minnesota, 55434, and shall be placed in suitable enclosures and fed and watered for a period not .to exceed five (5) days, except as set forth in paragraph 7. Poundmaster's Pound facilities shall be open 8:00 A.M. to6:00 P.M. seven (7) days a week.
