6. Upon reclamation of any impounded fnimal, poundmaster shall collect the following fees from the party reclaiming such animal: a. Impounding fee; b. Boarding Charge; Per day or any portion thereof License Fee, (if necessary) Each month poundmaster shall remit all collected fees along with a report of services rendered in connection with each animal impounded at the request of the City during such month. The City shall furnish poundmaster with any required forms and receipts, including license tags. The poundmaster is hereby appointed agent of the City for the purpose of issuing license tags and collecting license fees. 7. Any animal impounded by Order of City Health officers or placed under quarantine by a ruling of the State Board of Health shall be boarded for the. period required by such Order or ruling. At the en~ of such period, the City releases all of its interest, right and control over said animals, which may then be disposed of at the discretiQn of poundmaster. Impounded animals which are unclaimed after five (5) days shall become the property of the poundmaster and may be disposed of or sold at its discretion. Ail proceeds from the disposition of such animals may be retained by the poundmaster. 8. Poundmaster agrees to defend and hold harmless the City, its officers, employees and agents, from any and all claims for damages or injuries arising out of poundmaster's performance under this Contract. poUndmaster shall provide the City with proof of public liability insurance, including automobile liability in an amount of at least $100,000.00 per claimant and $300,000.00 per occurrence. 9.
