Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to <br />advertise for an engineer with a deadline of February 1st for accepting <br />applications0 The advertisement is to be placed-in various advertising <br />media at the discretion of the City Administrator. ~ <br /> <br />Motion carried.~ Voting yes' Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, <br />Reimann and Sorteberg. --Voting no: None. <br /> <br />A~SNhMENF TO ZONING ORDINANCE AND REPEAL OF ORDINANCE 79-11 <br /> <br />Administrator ScJmelle reviewed this case with the Council and explained <br />that there had been an error in the original description of the property <br />and therefore the ordinance had to be repealed. <br /> <br />MotSon by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adopt <br />Ordinance No. 79-17 amending the zoning ordinance and repealing Ordinance <br />79 -11. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, <br />Reimann and Sorteberg. Votingno: None. <br /> <br />RUM RIVER BRIDGE CROSSING <br /> <br />Mayor G~m~ec reviewed the alternate bridge crossings as sho~n on the map <br />in the Agenda. He stated that Alternate #3 appears to be the most <br />log~ cai choice. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to direct <br />Dick Sha to forward to the appropriate agencies the City's desire to proceed <br />with Alternate #3 bridge crossing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
