Commissioner Cox also noted that certain citizens are frequenting Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, making demands upon City Staff and those persons should <br />realize that City Staff is work for the enti-ne City population and not just <br />a few persons. Commissioner Cox also stated that City Administrator spends <br />2/3's of his time trying to train Councilmember Schlueter, who is untrainable <br />and now the City finds themselves understaffed and it has become necessary to <br />hire another person; if it weren't for industrial and commercial tax base, <br />the City could not afford to hire additional personnel. <br /> <br />Chairman Greenberg stated that Commissioner Fults should follow the guidelines <br />of his motion when preparing his presentation for the public forum and that <br />financial questions could be answered by City Engineer Raatikka. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Miller and seconded by Commissioner Cox to adjourn the <br />special meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Greenberg, Commissioners Menkveld, <br />Miller, Muller, Fults, Schneider and Cox. Voting No: None.
