PROCEEDINGS OF THE <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Chairman Donald Greenberg called the regular meeting of the Ramsey Economic <br />Development Commission to order at 7:42 a.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Donald Greenberg <br />Stephen Schmidt <br />Darryl Fults <br />Bill Miller <br />Jack Schneider <br />Astrid Guy <br />Jack Menkveld <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Bob Muller <br />Joe Sentryz <br />Darrell Jensen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />Citizen Jean Schlueter <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was no Citizen Input. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Miller and seconded by Commissioner Schneider to approve <br />of the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Commissioners Greenberg, Miller, Schneider, Guy, <br />Menkveld, Schmidt and Fults. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Fults and seconded by Commissioner Guy to approve of the <br />minutes of the regular meeting of August 11, 1982. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Commissioners Greenberg, Fults, Guy, Miller, <br />Menkveld, Schneider and Schmidt. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case ~1: Subcommittee Reports: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Finance - Subcommittee member Schmidt informed the Commission that <br />he had talked with City Engineer Raatikka about methods of financing <br />public improvements. <br /> <br />He also stated that the City of Coon Rapids Small Business Admin- <br />istration and Development Company are holding a seminar on Monday, <br />September 13, 1982 at 12:00 noon at the Seasons Restaurant in <br />Coon Rapids.
