There appear to be areas where the wetland setback extends beyond the boundary <br />of proposed Drainage and Utility Easement. This will need to be corrected. <br />Sheet Revisions & Additional Requests <br />• Provide separate exhibits for the different variance requests in CAD format or <br />equivalent (send over as pdf). Specifically, an exhibit highlighting the parcels seeking a <br />reduced front yard setback that also shows the trees that would be preserved with a <br />reduced setback, and an exhibit for the parcels not meeting the minimum lot depth <br />standard (please include a 60' x 100' box on each of those parcels to illustrate the <br />deficiencies of each lot).
