(WSB), this letter proposal outlines a scope of service, <br />project fee and proposed schedule to provide professional services associated with the <br />conceptual planning of Sunwood Drive streetscape, from Armstrong Boulevard to Zeolite Street <br />Northwest. <br />The design concept for the streetscape improvements will include landscaping, decorative <br />pedestrian paving, lighting, site amenities and other improvements necessary to provide a <br />complete vision for the aesthetics and function of Sunwood Drive. This effort is intended to <br />build upon past planning and design work done in this area to remain consistent with recently <br />implemented features. <br />WSB's services shall include the following: <br />Scope of Work: <br />1. Proiect Scope Review Meeting (October 11th): <br />WSB will meet with City staff to review, discuss and receive feedback on the overall <br />scope of work as defined below: <br />2. Proiect Kickoff Meeting (week of October 24th): <br />The general purpose of the project kickoff meeting is to confirm key individuals and staff <br />members who will be involved in the project, gaining an understanding of the <br />programmatic elements, expectations and concerns for the project site. In addition, the <br />following tasks would be completed by WSB Staff: <br />a. Complete one (1) site visit <br />b. Confirm project limits <br />c. Collect basemapping for existing or future developments <br />d. Collect existing design guidelines (if available) <br />3. Concept Development (anticipated three weeks): <br />WSB will prepare two (2) preliminary site concept plans with the information and <br />knowledge gathered from the Project Kickoff Meeting.
