22. That in 2015, the City approved a similar request for a property on the south side of <br /> Highway 10 (B-2 Highway Business District) adjacent to the Armstrong Boulevard <br /> interchange, which allowed for a sign that was seventy-five (75) feet in height with 225 <br /> square feet per face or an aggregate gross surface area of 450 square feet. <br /> 23. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> 24. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br /> value of any surrounding property. <br /> 25. That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing neighboring uses. <br /> 26. That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br /> highways and streets. <br /> 27. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br /> public facilities and services <br /> 28. That the proposed use will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. <br /> 29. That the proposed use will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any <br /> persons,property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic,noise, <br /> smoke fumes, glare or odors. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Shryock, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br /> RESOLUTION #16-11-210 <br /> Page 3 of 4 <br />
