thirty (30) days' written notice to the City of intention to cancel. The <br />following coverage shall be provided in amounts not less than those <br />specified: <br /> <br />Public liability, general liability, personal injury and property damage: <br /> <br />(1) Injury or death of one person - $1,000,000. <br />(2) Injury to more than one person in a single accident - $1,000,000. <br />(3) Property damage - $1,000,000. <br />(4) Total Aggregate Liability for all items $1,000,000. <br /> <br />** The heliport will have adequate marking and signage to alert users of <br />the property as to the location of the heliport and to delineate a safe <br /> <br />distance fi'om the heliport during helicopter operations. <br /> <br />In accordance with Section 9.03.05 (Conditional Use Permits) of the <br />Ramsey City Code, each Permit application shall be accompanied by an <br />application fee and a minimum escrow in an amount as established by City <br />Council resolution. Application fees are non-refundable. Any <br />unexpended escrow funds shall be returned to the applicant after all <br />expenses incurred by the City in processing the Permit application have <br />been deducted from the escrow fund. An escrow fund shall not be <br />considered an interest bearing account. <br /> <br />9.16.05 Term of Conditional Use Permit For Personal Use Heliport. Conditional Use <br />Permits for personal use heliports shall be temporary in nature and shall be granted to a <br />designated person who either resides on the property or has written permission from the <br />property owner to utilize the property for a heliport. Permits are not transferable from <br />person to person or from address to address. <br /> <br />9.16.06 Termination of Permit. A permit shall terminate upon the occurrence of any of <br />the following events, whichever occurs first: <br /> <br />a. The expiration date stated in the permit, if any; or <br /> <br />A violation of conditions and subsequent revocation of Permit in <br />accordance with procedures provided for in Section 9.03.05 for revocation <br />of Conditional Use Permits. <br /> <br />Unless otherwise specified by the City Council at the time it is authorized, <br />a Permit shall expire without further notice to the permittee if: <br /> <br />the use is not initiated within 12 months of the date of City Council <br />approval; <br /> <br />or if the Permit is discontinued for a continuous 12 month period; <br />unless a written request for an extension of time has been received <br />and approved by the City Council prior to the expiration of the <br />original Permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
