9.16.07 Pre-existing Uses. Any property owners or residents operating a heliport within <br />the Ramsey City limits on the effective date of this ordinance shall have sixty (60) days <br />to apply for a Permit, if they comply with the criteria for approval. If the heliport cannot <br />comply with the criteria, the property owner or resident shall abandon the heliport within <br />60 days of the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 3. PENALTY <br /> <br />9.16.08 Penalty. Any person violating any provision of this Section is guilty of a <br />misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment or both. <br /> <br />Section 4 SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance 04-__, which has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 9.16 entitled Personal Use Heliports shall be added to City Code.
