I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />! <br />i <br />I <br />1 <br /> <br />Mr. John Boland <br />Page Two <br />July 26, 1977 <br /> <br />It is our position that the Metropolitan System Statement is <br />acceptable as a planning base for the City of Ramsey provided, <br />that the final population, employment, and household allocations <br />for the city which result from the above referenced 208 study <br />are, in fact, approximately equal to the preliminary fiqures <br />which have been submitted to us. <br /> <br />We specifically reserve the right to appeal the Metropolitan <br />System Statement as submitted in the event that significant <br />change in the population, employment, and household allocations <br />for the City of Ramsey do not materialize in the final report. <br /> <br />We anticipate that these fiqures will be submitted ~ the City <br />of Ramsey as an amendment t~ the system statement in the <br />relatively near future. We would appreciate a response from <br />.you indicating acceptance of this provisional approval and the <br />conditions it involves.
